As today most business communication and information are shared through the internet. Privacy and Security of information are very critical to businesses now.

We are using the following platform for documents and information sharing.

In most cases, clients prefer to use cloud drive (like Google drive, Microsoft drive, Box, Corvee etc) for sharing information. It is a secure portal, which allows each one free space of Approx. 5 to 15GB. We are also preferring it our clients for use.

Slack (https://slack.com) is used as a collaboration hub that brings the right people, information, and tools together to get work done. It is free up to 10k messages. It is a very secure team app, which is used by more than 10 million active users on a daily basis. We prefer Slack more than any other Platform.

Slack is very simple to use. The client will sign up for Slack and will give access to us to log in. It gives full control to the client, when and how much access they want to share with the consultant.

It provides instant message notification as well as an email notification to both client and Consultant.

Crypho (https://www.crypho.com) is the third platform that we prefer to use. It delivers high-security enterprise communications with end-to-end encryption; chat, file sharing and video conferencing. It is a very secure platform provide end-to-end open source, encryption, security, and privacy. Crypho had received EU commission’s Cyber Security & Privacy Innovation Award.

It is also simple to use. Crypho also provides instant messaging notification as well email. Give full control to the team leader (Client).

Microsoft Teams is also a good secure platform. It is easy to use. Microsoft Teams also provide email notification to both parties.

All of the above are good and secure platforms that we are using for our clients and we prefer to everyone.
